Most products offered by Kawaiiland are made-to-order, customized, or otherwise personalized according to the customer’s requests.
Therefore, orders for custom or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable for any reason other than proven defect or damage upon delivery.
4. Right of Withdrawal for Non-Custom Products
For products that are not custom-made or personalized, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, in accordance with Article 52 and following of the Consumer Code.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Kawaiiland di Sara Giomarelli by email at info@kawaiiland.net or by registered mail, expressing the decision to withdraw from the contract.
Conditions:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

5. Reporting Damaged or Defective Products
